Map recentering on place

After navigating to the map page, then back to the home page via the logo button (upper left of map page), the background map on the home page stays centered where it was last on the map view, and clicking on a place card sometimes causes the map to flash and recenter.

On returning to home page, reset map zoom and center, and disable map click interactivity for the place cards.

Also, on clicking 'within' to switch from 'explore' to 'directions' mode, click interactivity on sidebar place cards will still recenter the map, although place markers do not display in directions mode.
