Right now our franklin instance FTP links to AVIRIS tars. However, these links are outdated (see https://aviris.jpl.nasa.gov/dataportal/) and should be replaced with https links.

It is kind of blocked by the lack of a nice client that supports (Franklin) pagination, see stac-utils/stac4s#198

I'm closing this issue since both aviris-classic and aviris-ng catalogs are up to date now.
