Issues Compiling #1

I am having issues getting it setup... Getting this error:

autoreconf -i
aclocal: couldn't open directory `m4': No such file or directory
autoreconf: aclocal failed with exit status: 1

I verified directory was there, also tried deleting it and remaking it, no luck.
