Use a Reporter reference instead of a ReporterImpl reference in ProjectAnalyzer. #64
Description
Current Limitation
Currently, our Reporter reference is of type ReporterImpl in the ProjectAnalyzer class here. However, this is not the ideal, given that we should allow external parties to override the behavior of the reporter to change the analyzer behavior.
Suggested Improvement
Alter the project analyzer source to have a reference to the Reporter interface. Need to change the TestReport class of test-utils to implement Reporter to match this change as well.
