As a user, I should be able to pay for services #1
Description
Using Stripe and/or PayPal.
- After choosing to pay for a service, the user will be redirected to a page where they will select their payment method
- After the payment is authenticated, the user will be redirected back to a page that says if their payment was successful or not
- After authentication, add the payment to the history (As a user, I should be able to view my payment history #2), even if it failed
