The examples in the readme show a Python2 API.

Are there plans to support Python3?

Pour ma part, j'ai remplacé smbpasswd par hashlib:

In [1]: import hashlib
In [2]: import smbpasswd
In [3]: p = "toto"
In [4]: hashlib.new('md4', p.encode('utf-16le')).hexdigest().upper()
Out[4]: 'FBBF55D0EF0E34D39593F55C5F2CA5F2'
In [5]: smbpasswd.nthash(p)
Out[5]: 'FBBF55D0EF0E34D39593F55C5F2CA5F2'
