Add proteus to bioconda

Hey there, I'd like to add proteus to bioconda. I have created the PR already in case someone wants to look over it :)

Hello, thank you for your suggestion to include Proteus in Bioconda. However, Proteus is currently not being actively developed, and the techniques it employs (such as aggregating data from event files) are considered outdated. In present times, I would advise utilising proteinGroups data or outputs from alternative tools, such as Spectronaut, and directly importing them into R for subsequent analysis and processing.

@MarekGierlinski Thanks for this info! I discussed this with my colleague and we decided I will go ahead and (try to) create the conda package and nextflow module for now; our team will keep in mind that the methods are outdated though, we might find some alternative tool that works in the future.
Regarding the conda porting: ATM I only find this source for proteus: https://anaconda.org/mparker2/r-proteus/files
However, the version 0.2.14 is behind the one my local RStudio has installed (0.2.16). Is there any site which stores the source file for 0.2.16?
