Bazaar requires system Flatpaks

Describe the bug

Whenever I install Bazaar, using KDE Discover and my user Flatpak setup, the app doesn't recognize that Flatpak is already setup. It shows the "Flathub not added" screen.

I can confirm this issue with latest Bazaar 0.8.3 from Flathub on Debian that only has user flathub remote added.
