FInal Deliverable (Documentation):

• all functions have doxygen-like documentation.

try to answer "why" the function was written, and note any hardcodings/known bugs/issues

• Ensure two scenes work: matrix version of the 2-arm task, and the one with the ZeroMQ connections.
• upload all Unity code to the master branch on sp18, and remove all old Unity code
• make a build of the Unity
• push Python RPI code to sp18
