[UNREAL] Portal Extensions into Microservice Window

We need to:

• Parse portal extension's info coming in from project-ps into a UI usable format.
• Add a new icon for portal extensions.
• Update our microservice window cards and inspector panel to show portal extensions and their options (we should have at a minimum "run" and an "open in portal" buttons)

Creating portal extensions in UE will follow the same flow as microservices/storages (CLI-based).
