make a module for beman.scope #33
Description
Since I'm going to a side experiment on using modules for other reasons I decided to try out making a module for beman.scope. For scope this seems to be pretty simple. Unlike fmtlib, which seems to just use a macros and not have an independent file for the module, I've created beman.scope.cppm in the include folder and successfully compiled a modular example using import std; and import beman.scope.
The PR for this issue will at least check in the cppm file with examples and tests - cmake tbd.
