Does not work in background on iOS 16+

Having issues making vibration work in the background / lock screen on iOS 16+, works fine on iOS 15. Affects multiple phones.

Using flutter services' HapticFeedback.vibrate() does work in the background and my app also plays a sound during the relevant event, so it is definitely getting triggered. No errors appear in the debugger.

No issues with Android.
