audio-example2.json possible bugs

1. line 16 uses "cue:" as a role but I think it should say timecode, right?
2. The vtt-timestamp: comparing line 17 and 25, one includes hours and one doesn't I think the vtt-timestamp would normally always include hours, right? (cf. https://www.speechpad.com/captions/webvtt)
