Right now, creating a port it's silly, just select the platform and create the port.
The port creation could be improved on two-steps, the first one is adjusting the features to the platform (if it's more powerfull, more features, if it's less powerfull, less features), the second step is working on the port itself, with the formula Development_Points * ( Platform_Compatibility / 100 ), plus the cost of adding/removing features from the original game.
As an aditional context, right now the score for ports it's broken, how it's possible that a port from a 100 perfect game on a platform 100% compatible (both platforms are mine) could have a 80 score? with these improvements it could be scored correctly.
