Module for TSL Products TSLUMD Protocol

This module supports protocol versions 3.1, 4.0 & 5.0

Version 3.1 (UDP only)

Set text and single tally
Set single tally (using last sent for other values)
Set message only (using last sent values)
Set multiple tallies
Supports variables to show the last set values for each address (tally1-4 and message)

Version 4.0 (UDP only)

Set Tally left and right including RED/GREEN/AMBER

Version 5.0

Set Tally left, right and text RED/GREEN/AMBER/OFF
Address Screen and Index
Set Display Brightness
Supports TCP and UDP
