We need to create a page for people to view a specific article that they completed.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Create a component called ArticleView in src/components/pages
• Should use the components created in the other issues to make the page

List of issues need to be complete

• Create ArticleView Component #21
• Implement likes and UserInfo in ArticleBody component #22
