UI Fix - Validator Page

I found some bugs inside the validator details page:

1. The vertical spaces seem wrong to me and also the size of the keys and some horizontal space
2. I can't scroll the whole page well, the back button cuts the last line, it needs padding below to make it scroll and prevent the button from going up

All the original issues have been fixed. Maybe the spacing at the bottom is too high
