Finished initial functionalization of R script

R Script cleaned up & functionalized, however KNN is in bad shape, needs to be updated

Updated bash script to drop TV Episodes as they're low value, reduced input data by over 5m rows (70% reduction)

Initial Release - WIP

This is essentially the initial version I created in 2018. It is very messy and full of redundant code, I plan on cleaning this up
