Add logs on the indexer

We need logs and lots of them, this task is a break down of a few smaller tasks

- add debug logs everywhere (see fullnode as example)
- change what is now debug log to information log
- allow to specify the ns that is logged with debug=ns (see fullnode for example)
- allow to log to disk and console
