Claim rewards CTA + modal

• The claim rewards CTA should only be shown if 1 or more SHU tokens are available to be claimed
• The claim rewards modal should display a Number Input + Slider component with the min amount to claim being 1 and the max, user's total amount of rewards to be claimed
• The click of claim rewards modal main CTA should trigger the claim rewards SC call with the total amount desired, informed
• If transaction fails, a toast message should be shown
• If transaction succeeds, a toast message should be shown
• By the end of the transaction, a "Refresh page" toast message should be displayed
