Hey I need some help with Subdomains!!

Hey people,
So I am new to coding and I have a problem. So I made this website https://www.iglikes.io/ and now I want to have Subdomains based on the users' location. For example, https://www.iglikes.io/uk is one of the subdomains I want to activate based on if the person is in the uk or not. Can someone please help me because I have no idea how I can do this?

First of all, that's not a subdomain, it's a subfolder, so this isn't the right repo =P
