Bus error when connecting my serial port on Helios EC 500 Pro #1

Hello,

Do you know why I always get "Bus Error" on my main controller for the Helios VMC EC 500 Pro ?

My serial port has A/B/ground I connected A/B to A/B on the Helios panel.

You might need the Ground connected - some do.
