Allow separate cron jobs for each repo #20
Description
Some repositories don't require updating as much as others. For example, the Puppetlabs repository doesn't change daily (or even weekly) so there's no need to update it at the same time as all of the other repositories.
Allowing separate schedules for individual repositories will lower CPU and bandwidth consumption when doing a repository sync.
