Which repo should I fork and how do I add the modifications to my Cuckoo Sandbox setup?

I have looked at both repos and I am not sure what the differences are but I can see is that https://github.com/brad-sp/cuckoo-modified has the most recent commit.

I also would like a tutorial on how to get the modifications into my existing cuckoo setup as well as integrate my cuckoo sandbox with Elasticsearch. Thanks.
