Rename crates to be publish-able

https://lib.rs/crates/pico-sdk is not this crate 😅 

I would suggest defining a "namespace" like "pico-zkvm-*" or something for crates you use & must publish to crates.io and reserving those names all together by publishing to them at about the same time.
