Add:

functionality for tweeting on each local government recognized holiday
specific message for that specific holiday that reminds people that "Today is INSERT_SPECIFIC_HOLIDAY. Happy INSERT_SPECIFIC_HOLIDAY; in the past 7 days:

XX work orders were closed
XX the average duration of work orders closed in the past month has been XXX

(use a formula for calculating average durations that includes only those work orders that were both opened and closed within the last 30 days.)
