Want to have automated end of week tweets that summarize high level workload or performance summary level information at the end of each work week.

Program should:

1. get operational data through end of week at Friday tweet time
2. summarize data
3. generate relevant charts as images

Tweets should happen at or around some consistent standard time on Fridays. (A future enhancement--not needed here--could be to use holidays to skip Fridays if the holiday falls on a Friday.)
