Working with multiple repos in a root folder

Hi, does this work for monorepo cases? where i have a single root folder that contains all other repos from the platform in way they know each others context? I'm trying hard on this, but seems that create-spec can't make like a new sub-product under the context of other products and services I have

For example, calling createSpec never goes with the process described in the tutorial video of the website. Sometimes it starts creating some docs out of place or sometimes it starts creating the spec right away...
