Add K10 (F# key) from EWI SOLO

using names in src/Fingering.js:

The 2020 release of EWI SOLO added a new k10 key between rh2 and rh3.
The pitch logic of it is normally +1 semitone, but does nothing if rpinky1 is pressed.
This is similiar to how rside is to lpinky1.

Any chance of adding this to the Fingering Tool?

That would be cool, but I probably won't get to it anytime soon (not doing much coding right now, nor playing EWI).
