Direct Downloads are not reorganizing into folders

This is likely a configuration issue as I am new to setting up AudioBookShelf and Shelfmark. When I try to direct download it does not rename and organize the ebooks into the folders and naming convention i have set.

For example I have manually organized Berserk in my AudioBookShelf Library following this format:
Kentaro Miura/Berserk/Volume 1 - 2003 - Berserk
I am assuming this would be the correct Path Template to match:
{Author}/{Series}/{SeriesPosition} - {Year} {Series}

The above was similarly matched to AudioBookShelf Docs as well.

Now when Direct Downloading it just drops the epub file into my /AudioBookShelf/Books folder without any organization.

It started working once I changed the Path Template again.
