no cover in search results

Hello,
I didn't succeed in getting the covers of the book in the search results.
I enabled either hardcover and open Library.
For hardcover I pasted my api key and the connexion test is successfull.
But anyway, no cover is showing up.
Is there any other configuration needed to have the book covers ? Any recommandation to debug this issue ?

I guess it is coming from AA having covers broken since a few weeks
