How to show only top-level projects

I am big user of hierarchies within my projects. That is I often get projects structured like

• Project A
  • Sub-Project B
    • Task

Task Notes supports this nicely…but is there a way I can generate a View (I am using the new Bases views) that only shows Projects at the same level as Project A without explicitly filtering out the sub-projects?
