How to define folder when converting task to task note?

Hello,

I like to write tasks "- [ ]" simply into a note where they just come to my mind and where they fit into context.

TaskNotes then offers a function to convert the task to a task note. If I click on it, it generates a note just in the folder of the current note instead of the predefined task notes folder (Task Notes/Tasks).

This sooner or later gets quite messy :)

1. Is there a way to set the default folder for converted tasks?

2. Or is there a way to set the title of the created note so that I can simply identify that a note is a task?
   Normal notes and task notes all look the same... (this is general question also, independent from the conversion).

Hi @randomness42 . Yes, you can control this through Setttings > TaskNotes > Features > Inline tasks > Inline task convert folder. You can clear the value there to have the task created in your default task folder.

Oh, thanks a lot. I feel stupid now :) but I did not see that setting. Sorry.

BTW, your plugin is incredible and looks like one of the most professional pieces of software in the Obsidian universe.
