Rule 000-US-spellcheck uses en_US dictionary that has both US and UK spelling

Right now, we have the US spelling dictionary that contains the UK spelling variants too.

So the option in the rule itself to enable the UK spelling dictionary doesn't make sense.
Let's replace the single dictionary with two (US and UK), so everyone can use whatever dictionary they prefer.

I've created this experimental PR with replacing the dictionary, and it works as a PoC.

There are some changes (one, two) that we made to the existing dictionary to provide for specific words.

We'll also want to do some testing to see how impactful this change is - and if it's going to negatively affect every single set of docs out there (in that they'll need to make a lot of changes), we'll have to think about how we land this and communicate that out to everyone.

I think we can try recreating the existing behaviour using two separate dictionaries (US & UK), or even a third dictionary that just combines the two (US&UK) explicitly. And this should be the default config (most relaxed) with the option to use a stricter set of just US spelling.

Have you done any testing of this on your own docs?

Yes, I've got ✖ 52 errors, 0 warnings and 0 suggestions in 42 files. result for the latest Charmed Apache Kafka. But this was my original goal – use the strict US spell checker to help with US spelling adoption of the docs.
