Implement search across different views

Description

We have Interfaces search box implemented, but we should have it across different views.

• Update search for Interfaces (make it able to search for Interface based on different metadata fields)
• Add search for Interface Groups
  • make it able to search for Interface based on different metadata fields
• Add search for Input TypeInstances to make it easier to pick a specific TypeInstance
• Unify search boxes across all views

Reason

UI is the easiest way to manage Capact resources. It's time to make it even more convenient.

Use cases

As a System User, I want to have an easy way to manage Actions, TypeInstances as quickly as possible, by searching for a specific items.
