We like want the mint to be able to log all activity into an external logging service such as Elasticsearch to keep accurate records of all of the mint's activity.

Examples:

  • Option to log all requests and responses
  • Log all mint, melt, swap events
  • Log errors

The dedicated logging service can be used in the future to pull interesting metrics from the mint.
