Aggregate downscaled scenario outputs to County and State

Objective

Produce county- and state-level summaries of AGB and SOC for annual cropland fields in the LandIQ dataset, for each of the six management scenarios, using outputs from the Phase 3d downscaling workflow (Issue #167).

Dependencies

• Requires outputs from Downscale management scenarios to field scale #167 - field level downscaled_preds.csv + deltas + metadata.

Updates to visualizations We currently provide county level total carbon stocks and county level carbon densities. Per CARB request, we will no longer be producing the county-level carbon density maps. These maps can be replaced with a map of fields (either points, simplified polygons, or otherwise) colored by density. Otherwise these maps are difficult to interpret.
