Problem or use case
At the moment you can schedule chores for one specific day and then you have to keep assigning it. This works but doesn't really help with a repeating and rolling chore roster or schedule.
My house has 5 kids, 4 at chore age. Rather than break up the chores so they all have them on all days, we schedule a few things that they all have to do on given days.
2 kids are here 1 week, then at my ex partners the next week and rotates like that constantly, my partners 2 kids are here most of the time, apart from Thursday - Sunday on the off week. We try to give them all 3 days of chores each across this time.
I'd love to be able to setup a chore roster or schedule that matches that. i.e.
Week 1: Child 1 has chores on Monday, Tuesday, Saturday. (take garbage out, recycling, feed cat, feed dog, empty dishwasher, make table)
Week 1: Child 2 has Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (same set of chores)
Week 1: Child 3 has Sunday
Week 2: Child 3 has Monday, Tuesday
Week 2: Child 4 has Wed, Thurs & Sunday
Is that possible or would this require a greater platform change?
Proposed solution
The ability to set chores to kids on a rotating perpetual cal or schedule much like a roster
Expected outcome
This would help set a roster or schedule rather than having to always individually assign chores to users each week or enmasse. It would allow for an easier setup
