This is the FE portion of #444.

Add file size values to the various downloads modals for CryoET assets.

From single dataset page, both AWS CLI and via API tab → add in estimated file size in the header
From single run page, upper download button
From single run page, annotation table single download
Download tomogram → file type zarr → EDS is currently not accurate and needs to be updated to reflect the right EDS
Download all annotations → EDS needs to be added for the frontend (this requires calculations)

Cleanup -

Remove/replace previous fileSize calculation and cleanup code
