Context

There was consensus to allow submitters of a dataset with an organism with full ontologies (such as ZFA) to:

  • Use either CL or ZFA terms for cell_type_ontology_term_id
  • Use either UBERON or ZFA terms for tissue_ontology_term_id

There will be pending discovery and requirements for the following scenario:

Recommended by @jahilton

Will need to add guidance for terms that appear in both ontologies (so we don’t end up with some Xenopus neuron cells as XAO:0003023 and others as CL:0000540), maybe even block terms that have a bridge to enforce this
