Context

Please see schema 5.3.0 for full requirements.

schema v5.3.0

  • Required Gene Annotations
    • Added Pan troglodytes Pan_tro_3.0 (GCA_000001515.5) Ensembl 113
  • obs (Cell metadata)
    • Updated the requirements for organism_ontology_term_id to limit its values to a list of NCBITaxon terms
  • var and raw.var (Gene Metadata)
    • Updated feature_reference to include STRONGLY RECOMMENDED requirements and warning for current organisms with orthologous gene references:
      • Pan troglodytes
