External Login Menu Item "Login Redirection Page" option is ignored

If I create a menu item for External Login and set the "Login Redirection Page" on the "Options" Tab of the menu item to redirect the user to a specific menu item, that setting is ignored upon login. The user is instead redirected to the menu item specified in the component for the external login server (Server Details > Login Redirection).

I am testing this with External Login 3.1.2.2 and Joomla! 3.9.3.

Do you have a solution for SSO/CAS server ?
Do you go through a provider or do you use a personal server?
