Progress bar that actually shows progress?

The progress bar right now is just a spinning line, and doesn't actually track progress.

It seems like there might be some way to tap into DuckDB to get some progress events. Unfortunately the DuckDB progress bar isn't often accurate, but for really large data downloads it can sometimes work.
