Option to filter data downloaded by attributes?

Could be nice to let users further filter the data, like if they just want a certain type of POI, or only buildings with height information, or field boundaries that have a certain crop type.

Some pre-populated attributes for overture could work, or the ability to just enter a DuckDB sql filter that gets tacked onto the WHERE clause. Eventually would be nice to read the schema and stats present the user with a list of what they could query.
