Include some STAC-GeoParquet datasets

It'd be great to have some STAC-GeoParquet data in here. And to try out workflows that let you actually stream the imagery if it's cog, not just see the footprints.

Maybe makes sense as its own standalone plugin, but it's likely a good bit of the same plumbing.

Doing filtering of the data here would likely be useful. Though perhaps it's a two step where the data comes down / syncs, and then you filter locally.

May also just ultimately make sense to fully integrate into QGIS Stac support, which it sounds like is landing in the core soon...
