Add routing handler

This would be very useful after allowing data to cascade.
It could also be implemented as a plugin.

By routing handler I meant a feature that provides routing, so that we can define our app's routes paths and the components that should be rendered for every route.

This sounds like something you can solve through conditionals in the `--body`. With #26, this should become easier to use.
