I'm happily using WinKill but sometimes forget to enable or disable the function.
Could an automated option be added by detecting fullscreen mode (games running)?

Seems like this can be detected with Win32 API using SHQueryUserNotificationState:

This would be an awesome feature. maybe even fullscreen windowed?

An addition I think would also improve it is if you could choose what apps to toggle it on or off
