Risk/Impact maps should be limited to:

  • Mortality rate increase (Heat Waves)
  • Outdoor discomfort (Heat Waves) - I think you named the layer "Heat Waves impact" as from the impact calculation discomfort.doc.. my mistake

I've renamed "discomfort level" (style HW_DISCOMFORT_LEVEL) to "Outdoor discomfort (Heat Waves)" in resource Heat mortality risk/impact screening. I couldn't find layer that represents "Mortality rate increase (Heat Waves)", though. "heat wave impact (1..25)" (style HW_HEAT_WAVE_IMPACT ) is something different I guess.

Once a column and style for Mortality rate increase (Heat Waves) is available, @therter can update the resource meta-data and introduce a new service path (clone an existing service path and replace the style property).
