WPKG-GP fails to run randomly because network checking is not reliable on some NIC's #90
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Some hosts simply do not run wpkg-gp in a domain environment
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The majority of hosts run fine - some just don't at times. When wpkg-gp doesn't
run there are not entries in the log and no messages during startup.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WPKG-GP 0.15, WPKG 1.3, Win7 SP1 x64
