GML file is invalid

The CLICS gml file, http://clics.lingpy.org/data/CLICS_gml.zip, is invalid GML and therefore cannot be read by networkx, because the GML standard only allows [A-Za-z][0-9A-Za-z]* as keys, not _ as used in body_part (eg. https://github.com/clics/clics/blob/master/gml.py#L71)

we have a solution in clics-data, as we need unicode-input for visulaizing graphs, so gml is not readable by networks, but a simple workaround makes it possible:

This saves the file, but loading it is the other way round, and it is already there, I just need to push it.
